Your dentist will perform a thorough dental examination. Inspecting your teeth and gums for any potential problems. Depending on the patient’s needs, X-rays may be taken. If we notice any issues, we recommend treatment and watch for any condition development.
Routine Teeth Cleanings
A dental hygienist will remove plaque from your teeth underneath the gum line and in-between teeth. Once your teeth are cleaned we then apply fluoride to help protect your teeth once you leave the office. Fluoride can strengthen and rebuild tooth structure and help prevent future decay.
Veneers are thin, semi-translucent shells customized from porcelain material and bonded to your teeth. In most cases, the veneer application is completed in two office visits.
A crown is a custom-made covering that fits over an original tooth that is either decayed, damaged, or cracked. New technologies have greatly reduced the time needed to make strong, natural-looking crowns. Given proper care, your crowns can last many years.
Teeth whitening services are growing in popularity, and it’s one of the most requested services offered by our practice. We are trained professionals who provide only the most advanced at-home teeth whitening services.
White tooth-colored materials have been developed that are stronger, longer-lasting, and more aesthetically pleasing to our patients. These fillings bond directly to the tooth, strengthening it by restoring its original shape. They can even be custom-colored to match your teeth.
Fixed bridges are the most popular and consistent alternative to multiple missing teeth. “Maryland” bridges use tooth-colored metal bands bonded to surrounding teeth. Cantilever bridges use two crowned teeth next to each other on the same side of the missing tooth. Our team has the bridge solution for you.
Inlays & Onlays
Inlays and Onlays are indirect restorations. They are a great alternative to traditional metal fillings because less of the tooth structure needs to be removed. Inlays and Onlays can be made from porcelain, gold, or composite resin. They can treat mild to moderate decay and restore a cracked or fractured tooth.
We are proud to provide CEREC 3-D Technology to our patients needing restorations. Computer-aided design (CAD) software is used to create a customized restoration precisely to match your teeth and meet your unique dental needs closely. CEREC® Crowns are safer, natural-looking, easier to place, and minimally invasive.
A root canal will remove the decayed pulp from the central part of the tooth, reshape the canal and replace it with strengthened filler. The procedure is similar to having a cavity filled, producing minimal pain. When tooth damage goes beyond what can be treated with a filling, we can perform a root canal to preserve the tooth and retain its original integrity.
An excellent and permanent alternative for multiple missing teeth is dental implants. We can install root implants, plate form implants, subperiosteal implants, and all-on-4 dental implants. Bacteria can attack sensitive areas in the mouth. Therefore you must take proper care of your teeth with implants. Patients are advised to visit their dentists at least twice a year to ensure the health of their teeth and implants.
If you are experiencing popping in your jaw joints, persistent headaches, or pain in the neck, you may have TMD. A thorough examination is needed to receive an accurate diagnosis and design an efficient treatment plan. TMD is a disorder that affects the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), or jaw joint. For more severe cases of TMD, we will recommend alternate treatments, such as mouthguards or surgery.
Wisdom Teeth Removal
It is essential to have your wisdom teeth removed before they come in and reposition your other teeth. The surrounding teeth and tissues could also be susceptible to cysts, abscesses, tumors, and other disorders. Allow us to remove wisdom teeth before they cause major problems before erupting.
Six Month Smiles
Our office is a certified Six Month Smiles provider. With Six Month Braces, you can achieve a straighter smile in as little as six months to gently align your teeth. Using either small metal, clear or lingual (placed behind your teeth) braces, this technique will gently move your front teeth to their most beautiful position.
